Patreon FAQs:

In light of a few more people joining in on Patreon, I've composed an FAQ to cover the potential questions. I'll leave it here on my dAID for everyone.

"Your Patreon is Per-Creation, does that mean if you make 100 pictures in a month, I will be billed for 100?"

No. When signing up as a Patron you are given control of how many creations max you wish to fund. If you wish to back 3 images at a dollar each and I only make 2, you will be charged for 2. If I make 4, you will still be charged just for 3. You can alter how many you fund in your settings.

"Does the 20% discount on commissions apply to specially discounted works like promotions and YCHs?"

Yes, it does.

"Do you charge for all work you produce?"

No, I only charge for completed works, not sketches, gifts, trades or (of course) commissions. In the event that I feel a work is in a grey area (perhaps it's a sketch that has become far too detailed and shaded, becoming more of a finished work), I will ask the Patron-exclusive section of my Discord for opinions on if it is worthy.

"How does priority in YCHs work?"

Basically, if you are a patron and want to participate in one of my YCH events, you are guaranteed a spot as long as the event is still going on. If there is a limited number of slots, you will get one and if the slots are already full, I will make an exception and redouble my efforts so extra slots are available for you.

"Is there a minimum amount of donations to get benefits?"

No. Even if you only post for one dollar per month, you get full benefits. The only benefit that does not take effect immediately is the commission discount, which becomes available as soon as your first successful billing. (I don't like doing that but someone felt they were smart and tried to sign up, get the discount for a comm and then cancel so I have to be a prude about it.)
